Proposed Change Approval is optional in the system. If Proposed Change Approval is set to required in the Change Order Policy, then it must be performed.
NOTE: From this location, a user can also edit the list of approvers. Click Action > Add to add approvers or check the checkbox of an approver, right click and select Edit to edit an existing approver.
